Diving Courses
At Stafford Sub Aqua Club, we’re passionate about developing confident, capable and safe divers.
With a team of qualified instructors and a friendly, supportive training environment, we offer the full range of BSAC (British Sub-Aqua Club) courses — from your very first underwater breaths through to advanced diver and instructor training.
Our instructors deliver structured pool training, open water sessions and theory support, enhanced by club training dives, regular UK and abroad diving trips and an active social community.
BSAC Diver Courses
These are the courses we offer, bear in mind these are trained in a club environment with voluntary instructors who give up their time to teach. Progression is dependent on the resources available, however we do our best to meet any goals – have a chat with our Training Officer.
When you join you will only need to undertake a 200m swimming assessment (no time limit), so bring along swimwear. The club will provide the instruction and equipment except drysuit, hood and gloves.
As a club rule we train a minimum age of 14, or 12 if a family member is also a club member.
